PRICING

The receipts are the pricing page.

Most preneed marketing is priced as a program — a contract, a commission, and materials whose real cost you never see. This page is the whole model, and your invoices will look exactly like it.

Print and postage, at the printer’s price

Mailers pass through at the printer’s published prices plus USPS postage — about 80¢ a piece for a standard printed and mailed piece, itemized per piece on your receipt. We add nothing to it.

Ad spend, at what the network charged

Facebook and Instagram spend passes through at the network’s own billing. The network’s receipt rides along with ours, so the two always agree.

One flat fee for the work

The design, the lists, the RSVP machinery, the reminders, the follow-through — one flat fee, in plain dollars, quoted before anything runs. It appears on the receipt like everything else.

What the fee is

We don’t publish the number yet, and the reason is honest: we’re pricing the first campaigns with the first homes, and we would rather quote you plainly on one call than print a figure engineered to look small. What we will promise in writing: the fee is flat, it is quoted before anything spends, and it never scales with your spend or takes a percentage of anything.

What we never do

  • No commission on preneed contracts written — your arrangements are yours.
  • No annual program contract — campaigns are bought one at a time, and you can stop after any of them.
  • No markup hidden in “materials” — the pass-throughs arrive with the vendor’s own receipt.
  • No percentage of ad spend — the fee is flat whether you mail 500 pieces or 5,000.
