PreneedLeads.app is an informational and marketing site about the preneed lead generation we run for funeral homes — what we offer, how the pricing works, and how to reach us. We may change, update, or remove content at any time. The sample mailer and sample receipt shown on this site are illustrations: every person, family, funeral home, and figure in them is fictional or illustrative.
Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent the site or its security, and don't misuse any contact channel (for example, to send spam).
When you submit information through the contact form or the chat, you confirm it is accurate and that you may share it. We use it to respond to you and to follow up about PreneedLeads, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The site and its content — text, design, logos, and the marks “PreneedLeads.app” and “funeral.link” — belong to funeral.link or its licensors. Please don’t use our marks or content without permission.
Buying a campaign for your funeral home is a separate agreement, provided to you with your quote before anything is signed and before any money changes hands. These Terms of Use govern only the PreneedLeads.app website — reading it and getting in touch. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract; costs described here (like postage pass-throughs) reflect vendors’ published prices and can change with them; the agreement you sign is what binds either of us.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, funeral.link will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Texas will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
